Yes. The motor drives the tracks both ways, so a passenger can be brought up from a basement as well as down from upper floors.
How much does the Powertrac cost in India?

Yes. It runs on its own rechargeable battery and stays on an automatic charger between uses.
Will it work on our staircase?
It suits straight stairs up to about 35°. It must not be used on curved or spiral stairs. Our engineer confirms this at the free survey.
How many units does a building need?
Typically one per evacuation stairwell or refuge area. Sites with basements often place Powertrac units there and manual chairs on upper floors.
Do our staff need training?
Yes, and it is included. We train your team on your own stairs and recommend regular practice drills.
What maintenance does it need?
